Customer-facing terms for Pacer Free, Pacer Pro, purchase, licensing, activation, support, and related website use.
Overview
These Terms & Conditions summarize the customer-facing terms for Pacer Free and Pacer Pro. Pacer Pro is licensed by Datagem LLC and paid for through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
The full applicable software license remains the Pacer End User License Agreement (EULA) made available during purchase and setup. If there is a conflict between this summary page and the full EULA package, the full applicable agreement controls.
Seller of record and product provider
Payments for Pacer Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for the payment transaction and handles billing, invoicing, payment processing, refunds where applicable, and applicable taxes including VAT/GST.
Datagem LLC provides and licenses the Pacer Pro software, setup materials, product experience, activation workflow, and related support experience.
License terms
Pacer Pro is licensed, not sold. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Datagem LLC, one Pacer Pro purchase provides one license key for one individual user and permits up to five active installations under that user’s control.
- License sharing, resale, redistribution, pooling, lending, or multi-user seat use is not allowed.
- Activation, recovery, protected Pro features, and periodic license checks may require email access and internet access.
- If a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, reported as fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, the affected license may be suspended, revoked, or terminated.
Purchase and fulfillment
Final prices, taxes, billing details, and accepted payment methods are shown by Paddle during checkout based on customer location and billing details.
Pacer Pro download links, setup materials, license delivery, and protected feature access are provided only after successful checkout completion, payment confirmation, and related fulfillment steps.
Use restrictions
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, lease, lend, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass license controls, interfere with activation or security controls, or use Pacer in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, safety-critical, emergency-response, medical, or high-risk transactional environments.
Third-party services
Pacer may rely on third-party services and infrastructure, including browser APIs, payment processors, email providers, hosting infrastructure, DNS providers, CDN providers, and cloud platforms. Datagem LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, security failures, or decisions outside its direct control.
Support
Pacer Pro support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without any service-level agreement unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. Pacer Free is provided without support.

Datagem LLC may update these website terms from time to time to reflect product, payment, support, compliance, or operational changes. The latest version posted on this website applies from its stated effective date.
