Refund review rules for Pacer Pro digital software purchases processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests for Pacer Pro are handled. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record and seller of record for Pacer Pro payment transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and payment-related refund processing.
Datagem LLC provides and licenses the Pacer Pro software and may review technical or compatibility issues to determine whether a refund request is supportable under this policy and applicable law.
Digital product nature
Pacer Pro is a digital software product. Download links, setup materials, license delivery, activation, and protected feature access are provided after successful checkout completion, payment confirmation, and related fulfillment steps.
Because digital access can be delivered shortly after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly approved under this policy.
Eligible refund review cases
Datagem LLC may review refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase for verified technical or compatibility issues that cannot be resolved through reasonable support efforts.
- The issue must relate to Pacer Pro’s current supported desktop environment.
- You may be asked to provide purchase email, license information, browser and OS details, screenshots, error messages, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue.
- Datagem LLC may attempt remediation before approving a refund.
Usually not eligible
Refunds are usually not provided for change of mind, mistaken purchase after consent, unsupported platforms, browser beta/dev/canary environments, mobile browsers, managed-device restrictions, security-restricted environments, deletion or movement of the unpacked extension folder after installation, license sharing, fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to bypass activation or security controls.
Effect of an approved refund
If a refund is approved and processed, the associated Pacer Pro license may be suspended, revoked, or terminated. Access to Pro functionality, protected components, license refresh, setup fulfillment, and recovery may stop after the refund is processed.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer, statutory, or privacy rights that cannot be waived by contract. If applicable law gives you a greater refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or remedy right, that mandatory right remains unaffected.
How to request a refund
Contact support within 14 calendar days of purchase at support@mail.pacer.datagem.cloud. Please include the purchase email address, approximate purchase date, license key reference if available, your browser and operating system, and a concise description of the issue.
Payment-side refund processing may be completed by Paddle as Merchant of Record after review and approval where applicable.
Updates to this policy
Datagem LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect product, payment, legal, or operational changes.
